SRIKANTH MARKONDA
CEO & FOUNDER

Sri is a versatile international executive, with corporate savvy with an expert-eye in strategic relationship building as well as and negotiating win-win outcomes. In the past, he has held the role of CTO with Emagine, Group Mgr at Infosys Australia and Associate Director with Verizon US. Involved in multiple discussion forums from MIT on Artificial Intelligence.


HON. ANDREW STONER

The Honourable Andrew Stoner MBA, B.Bus. has extensive high-level experience in both business and government. He currently holds a number of senior business roles, including as director and adviser to a number of listed, public and private companies, including ASX-listed Global Fortune Investment Ltd, investment bank Moelis & Co. (Australia) Ltd, property/agribusiness company Yuhu Group (Australia) and cross-border consulting business Investment Opportunities Australia Pty Ltd.

He is also Managing Director of his own consulting company, Andrew Stoner & Associates, through which he undertakes a variety of consultancy and public speaking projects.

Prior to this, he served as Member of the NSW Parliament (16 years), Leader of The National Party (12 years), NSW Deputy Premier and Minister for Trade & Investment (4 years).

During his time as Deputy Leader of the NSW Government, his achievements included:

  • Leading the NSW government’s international engagement strategy, including trade missions and establishment of trade offices in priority markets;
  • Developing key Industry Action Plans for NSW, including for the Digital Economy;
  • Substantially delivering the $4 billion redevelopment of the Sydney International Convention Entertainment & Exhibition Precinct at Darling Harbour;
  • Co-leading the government’s asset recycling strategy, via private sector ownership/ operation of key economic assets including ports and electricity infrastructure;
  • Overseeing more than $13 billion of infrastructure investment in regional NSW, particularly road, rail and water infrastructure aimed at enhancing the productivity of regional industries.

Hon. Andrew Stoner will provide advisory services to Lorgan’s executive team providing guidance in the areas of growth and mentorship.


DR CAROLINE HONG FAICD

Dr Hong is currently the CEO of CH Asia Australia, a business consulting company focusing on helping Australian businesses link with Asia and seek strategic partnerships across diverse sectors including healthcare, education, innovation, tourism, Agri-business, aged care, aviation and more. She is also the Executive Director of Investment Opportunities Australia Pty Ltd.

She holds several company director roles of diverse and innovative Australian companies, serves on several NFPs, and is a long standing member of the NSW St Vincent de Paul CEO Sleepout Ambassador/Advisory Committee, for homeless services. Dr Hong is also a Board Trustee of the St Vincents Clinic Foundation, which gives out grants each year to support medical and healthcare research. Her Director roles include Sports Aviation Flight College Australia, Aquaculture Industries Australia, Slasherteck, Drone Innovations, Food Recycle, China HR, Earn & Learn, and various advisory consulting roles on business investments and Asian Sensibility. She is also Adviser to the Australia China Economics, Trade and Culture Association and to the Australian Malaysian Singaporean Association.

Dr Hong has held numerous leadership roles throughout her career. She was former CEO of the SME Association of Australia, Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine (Australia & New Zealand) and the first woman CEO of the biggest dental association in Australia, the Australian Dental Association NSW & ACT).

She has held several past Board Director roles, including Board Director of the North Sydney Community Service, Councillor of the Australasian College of Health Service Management (NSW) and Board Director of the Australian Association of Association Executives.

Dr Hong graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, University of Adelaide in 1983, Graduate Diploma of Health Administration, University of South Australia in 1997, Masters of Health Administration, University of NSW in 2001. Dr Hong is also graduate and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2003. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry Internationale, Fellow of the Australasian Society of Association Executives and Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.

She enjoys travel, outdoor activities, music, dance, food and wine. She is passionate about being the difference to make a difference.

Dr Caroline Hong will provide advisory services to Lorgan’s executive team providing guidance in the areas of growth and mentorship.

ADVISOR – ADV ANALYTICS & BIG DATA

Eddie is very well known as a thought leader in the Big Data, Cloud & Security space and renowned for his informative presentations and engaging lectures. Previously, Eddie has held the position of CTO of Splunk and CSC and was responsible for delivering Microsoft’s Xbox to market.

KRISHAN ANAND
ADVISOR – CLOUD & SECURITY

Krishan’s experience spans ICT strategy and business innovation as well as thought leadership in networks, systems, security and applications. In the past, Krishan has worked as a CTO – CBA Institutional Banking, CIO – IGA and was a Technology Advisor to Optus.

SHOBHANA CHANDAWARKAR
ADVISOR – GLOBAL DELIVERY

Shobhana has built a strong reputation for her excellence in leadership and management, forged over more than 25 years of experience in the global IT industry. In the past, Shobhana led the Systems Integration unit of Infosys, consisting of consisting of various practices such as Cloud, DWH, BI, Analytics, Security and Integration, developing and implementing solutions based strategies in the United States, India, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

ADVISOR – CONSUMER MARKETING

Darren is a tech savvy customer marketing and digital leader with experience in P&L, commercial strategy and international management. Results driven, Darren has a proven record of delivering growth for major global brands including Virgin Media (Liberty Global), Vodacom, TIGO (LATAM), DU & Etisalat. Darren has significant expertise across end-to-end customer management and full direct-to-customer lifecycle, including customer acquisitions, contact strategy, cross-sell and up-sell, retention, loyalty program design and execution.

JOHN RACITI
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

John is highly experienced Business Development Manager with Consensus & Lorgan demonstrated history of working in the software industry. He is skilled in Strategic Partnerships and Relationship Management. He has worked multiple Fortune 500 companies in the market such as PWC, Govt, UNSW etc., He strongly believes in offering the right solution to the clients and makes sure there is a clear win win situation in all the opportunities he works on.
